Standard, Express and other delivery
Your package will be delivered to you against signature within 72 hours (working days) by the postman in Metropolitan France and 3 to 6 days in Europe.
Your package will then be delivered to you against signature, the next day before 1 p.m. (working days) without making an appointment and 2 to 4 days in Europe.
Click & Collect (Withdrawal)
You can choose to pick up your order directly in Canet en Roussillon.
Large volume & Fragile
Mode of transport for parcels over 30 kg and/or fragile (refrigerator, air conditioners, battery chargers (depending on models), solar panels, etc.). The time varies according to the location of delivery (between 2 to 7 days) at the price of 19 euros including tax.
Specific handling or transportation charges apply to batteries and solar panels and other security products.
Relay point delivery
Colissimo Collection Point
At the post office, Pickup relay or Pickup Station locker. Delivery varies from 2 to 5 days.
Chrono Relay
Easily collect your parcels near your home or your work directly from all our Chronopost relay points within 48 hours.
Mondial Relay
Your package is delivered to a merchant near you within 5 days.

FREE delivery from 300 euros of purchase

Delivery is FREE from 200 euros of purchase in Metropolitan France with Colissimo, Colissimo Relais and Mondial Relay transport for parcels. The transport costs for items delivered by carrier (over 30 kg) are 19 euros, except for certain categories which require additional handling costs or specific transport. Example: Batteries, solar panels, battery chargers, pot of more than 2.5 liters, etc... The costs are imposed on us by the Manufacturers or distributors.

Parcel return conditions

The products sold by benefit from the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty varies according to the type of product sold and applies from the date of delivery of the product. The warranty applies only in the case of normal use of the product. To find out more about our guarantees, we invite you to refer to our General Conditions of Sale.

A customer who has placed an order on our site can request a complaint, exchange or refund by post to the following address:

Your reimbursement request sent by e-mail or by post must include the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your order number
- The reference(s) of the products concerned by the request

You can return a product to us (unused and in its original packaging) within 14 days of the delivery date. For any return request, your request will be studied by our customer service. We will respond to you within 6 days and issue a refund according to our Terms and Conditions.

Items returned by you must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Any returned product that is incomplete, showing signs of use or damaged will not be refunded or replaced.

For a return, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not issue return mailing labels.
